Hamper FAQs

How do you order?

Simply choose the best hamper for you or your giftee, add to cart and choose your delivery method. We'll then contact you to choose your best delivery date. 

 

What’s in the hampers?

Each hamper is filled-to-bursting with amazing treats and goodies and you can rest assured that the contents of each hamper is more than if you were to purchase the items and wicker individually.

How are they delivered?

All Wimbledon and London addresses will be hand-delivered by either Hanta Claus (Hannah) or her elf, Shay. Wimbledon delivery is free, all London postcodes cost £2.50 and all UK Postcodes are £8. 

UK Postcodes will be sent by courier no later than Tuesday 21st December to arrive before Christmas with its contents fresh. They will arrive in a double-walled cardboard box. 

The hampers are all gift-wrapped with an oversized satin bow. We've hidden some tricks inside for a special delight on arrival. 

 

What’s the delivery time frame?

The majority of the orders are based on a nominated-day delivery to make sure you receive your hamper on the right day for Christmas. 

Once dispatched with our courier, your package will arrive Next Business Day.

 

Can you pay in installments?

If you hang on a day or two we should be getting Klarna and Clearpay installed onto the website so that you can pay in installments.

 

What payment do you accept?

We accept most major payment methods, including; 

Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apply Pay, Google Pay & Shop Pay. 

If this is a business payment, please e-mail hannah@mywimble.com to arrange an invoice. 

 

Can they be personalised?

Whilst our hampers aren't completely customizable, we are only making a select few therefore we will try to cater to any requests. Contents of the boxes can be slightly tweaked upon request, but please do contact us first on hannah@mywimble.com. 


Can you deliver to a different address?

Absolutely - just put the delivery address that you'd like the hamper to be sent to in the delivery details and we'll take care of the rest.

If you'd like to send more than one, please put through each item as a new order so that the delivery costs can be calculated accordingly. 

 

Do they come with a gift message?

We work with an amazing new company called Giftagg, who offer a video gift message with every order. That means you and your family can send a personalised video message to your grandma in Scotland who can see your lovely faces on Christmas day. 

If that's a little too personal for you, we can also include a gift card in every order. Just add the message at checkout. 

 

Do you cater for allergies or dietary requirements?
